Legs up the wall
Sometimes called “The Great Rejuvenator” - Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) is a Queen restorative pose. It was the first pose I ever taught Mum. Especially helpful when deeply fatigued or for issues with blood pressure. Nurturing to the heart through improved circulation to the chest and deeply healing for the nervous system. Once you know how to do this pose you can practice any time. If you don’t have a wall, you can practice without one, with the hips elevated on a bolster or big, firm pillow.
