So Hum meditation

This is a 15 minute meditation to guide you into a balanced, harmonious space. It’s part of my Nourish Your Nerves program in the meditation section.

Use mental alternate nostril breathing and the mantra So Hum to recalibrate the left and right sides of the brain. The translation for So Hum is “I am”. Feel free to use this english translation if it works better for you.

You could use this meditation before bed as a preparation for sleep or after a busy day. Really, you could use it any time that you have 15 minutes or so to spare to bring you into a more cohesive and relaxed state.
